Important Information for ITK2025 Exhibition Contacts

This is certainly a wise choice that will bring significant visibility to your company. We have reserved an exhibition space for your company that aligns as closely as possible with your preferences. However, if you would like to change your location, this can still be arranged based on the availability of spaces. Reserved and available exhibition spaces, along with floor plans of the Tampere Hall, can be found on the websites itk-nayttely.fi and itkshop.fi, where you can also make reservations and order additional equipment. Please note that Tampere Hall requires each exhibitor to order the necessary electrical connections for their exhibition space. A high-speed WLAN connection is available at the venue, but if you need a wired connection and IP address, this must be ordered separately.

There are still some prime exhibition spaces available at Tampere Hall, for example, for your partners or colleagues. The best spots are booked quickly, so if you would like them to join the nation's leading exhibition for digital education and learning at Tampere Hall from April 23rd to 25th, 2025, it's advisable to act fast.

September has begun, which marks the start of a new and intense phase in the preparation for ITK2025.

The theme for ITK2025 will be chosen in a view day.

The ITK webinars will start on September 17th and will continue weekly until the end of October. If your company has significant insights to share with the ITK audience in a 15-20 minute presentation, please get in touch with us.

The ITK Call for Papers will open on September 24th, 2024. We encourage you to partner with an institution and collaboratively submit a presentation proposal. Possible formats include an Arena presentation for large audiences (450 or 250 people), a forum presentation for 40-160 attendees, and/or a workshop on Wednesday (full-day 10 AM-5 PM, half-day 3 hours, or a short workshop 1 hour 15 minutes). More detailed information will be available on the website itk-konferenssi.fi starting September 24th.
