We are once again offering exhibitors the opportunity to reserve an information session slot on Thursday or Friday, April 24-25, 2025.

Each information session is 15 minutes long, followed by a 5-minute transition period.

First, select an available information session time from the options below and complete the reservation process.

Make a note of your selected session time, for example, by copying it to your clipboard.

Then, proceed to fill out the adjacent form.

Save the time slot you reserved and noted on the form.

Complete the form and finally submit it to the administration.
