How to Reserve an Exhibition Space Through This Online Store:

1. Browse and view available exhibition spaces. Photos will be added gradually, giving you the best possible view of each space.
2. Log in to the online store with your email address.
3. Select your desired exhibition space and add it to your cart. This will make the space unavailable for others to reserve.
4. Choose your payment method: e-invoice or PDF invoice via email. We will send an invoice for the reservation based on your selection, with a 14-day payment term.
5. We will send the invoice for the remaining 80% of the space fee 45 days before the event.
6. Your exhibition space reservation is now complete. We will designate a contact person for the reserver, who will receive newsletters about current exhibition-related topics. Please share this information within your organization.
7. Detailed payment and cancellation terms will be available on our website itk-nayttely.fi. The website will also contain a list of exhibition spaces and their reservers, as well as area maps.

Important Notes:

• The prices shown with the exhibition spaces are reservation fees. In addition to this, there is a space fee. The total price for the exhibition space is the sum of these two. A calculation of the total price is included in the description of the exhibition space.
• All listed prices are exclusive of VAT (0% VAT).
