This Online Store Serves ITK Exhibition Exhibitors
This online store is intended for ITK Exhibition exhibitors, who are almost without exception domestic or international companies or public organizations.
Exhibition Space Reservations
Available exhibition spaces can be reserved through ITKshop.fi by purchasing them at the listed reservation fee. The reservation fee can be paid immediately at the time of booking via bank or card payment, or by separate invoice with a 14-day net payment term.
An invoice for the remaining balance of the exhibition space price will be sent separately as an e-invoice or a PDF invoice via email.
Electrical Connections and Additional Accessories
Purchases of additional exhibition accessories and services, as well as meeting room reservations, are made through ITKshop.fi and must be paid at the time of order. Products ordered via ITKshop.fi will be installed during the setup phase and removed after the exhibition ends.
The additional accessories are available for the exhibitor’s use and control throughout the exhibition but remain the property of the provider. Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that the items remain intact and are not damaged beyond normal wear and tear.
Payments and Cancellation Terms
Payment of the reservation fee confirms the booking as binding for both parties. The ITK Exhibition Committee is responsible for setting up exhibition spaces according to reservations and installing ordered accessories so that the exhibitor has access to their reserved and paid exhibition space with accessories on the exhibition's opening day.

Other Services
The online store may also be used for collecting necessary information for the exhibition, making reservations, or managing participation registrations. The instructions for such event-related processes will be provided separately on a case-by-case basis. If these reservations involve payments, the same terms as described above for additional accessories will apply.
