News and information letters for ITK2025 exhibition

Submission of Exhibition Staff Names by April 5th: Please send the names of all personnel working at the exhibition site to Nayttelynimet@itk-konferenssi.fi by April 5th. This information was already shared in our newsletter. Kindly ensure that this information reaches the appropriate persons in your organization and that the names of all staff members are submitted by the given deadline. Thank you!

Exhibition Booth Setup and Access: The construction of exhibition booths will take place on Tuesday, April 22nd. Booths will be accessible to you starting Wednesday morning, April 23rd. The exhibition will open to the public at 12:00 PM. The exhibition booths will be built by Taikalyhty Oy using light-colored partition walls unless otherwise agreed. End booths will not have side wall panels, allowing visibility in two directions. A vertical pole will be placed at the corner.
You are also welcome to build or arrange for the construction of your own booth, but we need advance notification of this.
Printed Materials for Booths: Printed wall fabrics and images for panels must be ordered by March 15th, accompanied by print-ready vector graphics files (PDF format).
Items ordered through the ITKshop.fi online store will be installed in place during the setup phase.

Electrical Connections and Additional Services: Please note that, unlike previous ITK exhibitions, Tampere Hall now requires separate orders for electrical connections. Orders can be placed through the online store ITKshop.fi as soon as possible, but no later than April 5th. At the same time, please assess what other items or services your organization may need at your exhibition booth and place your orders accordingly.

Exhibition Nameplate: Each booth will have a printed nameplate installed. If you would like the nameplate to display something other than your company name (e.g., a product name), please inform us via email at Nayttely@itk-konferenssi.fi. Customized nameplates with logos are available for an additional fee and must be ordered separately.

Internet Access: The full capacity of the Tampere Hall WLAN network, including 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz frequencies, will be available to us. The capacity is sufficient for the exhibition. However, if you require a wired internet connection with a dedicated IP address, it must be ordered by April 5th.

Special Note for April 23rd: On Wednesday, April 23rd, in addition to workshop participants, there will be 500–600 teachers attending an event organized by the Finnish National Agency for Education. As part of their afternoon program, approximately 100 attendees at a time will visit the exhibition in groups.

Do you need a separate meeting room alongside your exhibition space? We now have access to two 12-person meeting rooms at the staff restaurant Kanttiini in Tampere Hall, available for rent as meeting spaces. The rooms are equipped with AV technology and internet access. You can book a meeting room for one or two hours right away through our online store at ITKshop.fi. The price is €100 per hour, payable via the e-invoice generated at the time of booking.

2. An unforgettable ITK evening gathering at Restaurant PONS above the rooftops of Tampere
